The reason Living Libations is so special

Last week, I had the pleasure of attending a beautiful event hosted by Roots Underground Beauty in Laguna Beach. The event was focused on Living Libations, and I was thrilled to meet the founder, Nadine Artemis, in person.

It was a truly magical experience, especially because it was Nadine’s brand that introduced me to clean beauty back in 2018. Her vision and passion for holistic health have deeply influenced my own journey, and meeting her in real life felt like connecting with the source of so much of what I’ve learned.

Nadine is also the author of Renegade Beauty, which I consider my "beauty bible." In this book, she explores a range of topics, from holistic health and aromatherapy to skin care, the microbiome, sun care, and women’s health. Honestly, I think every woman should read it. It completely changed the way I view beauty and opened my eyes to the harmful ingredients that are so often used in conventional products.

Living Libations’ most popular product is the Best Skin Ever Moisturizer/Cleanser, and for good reason. I’ve been using the Sea Buckthorn version for years and absolutely love it. But there are many other varieties to choose from, including Rose, Sandalwood, Frankincense, Chocolate (yes, you read that right), Immortelle, Vanilla, and Neroli. Each one offers its own unique benefits, and they all smell incredible.

What I love most about Best Skin Ever is how versatile it is. You can use it as an oil cleanser by simply massaging it into your skin and wiping it off with a warm, damp cloth. It also works wonderfully as a moisturizer, both for the face and the body. Some people even use it in their hair!

The quality of the oils and essential oils Living Libations uses is unparalleled. I’ve tried so many oils over the years, but there’s something truly special about Living Libations. The experience of using their products is beyond words—it's simply beautiful.
